NOTICE OF COMMUNITY MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the City of Chicago received an application for a zoning map amendment “zoning change request” for the property on 1012-24 West Jackson Boulevard / 1015-27 West Adams Street to a DX-5 Downtown Mix-Used District.

A community meeting will be held to discuss this zoning change and proposed development on

FRIDAY DECEMBER 16th at 5PM via Zoom

This meeting will give the opportunity for residents to ask questions regarding the project directly to the developer as well as express any concerns to our office for the alderman to consider in his review of the application.
